Melissa completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology with Florida State College and upon retirement, went on to obtain a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is working towards her license in counseling which will allow her to practice independently. She is currently supervised by Petergay Sterling, Jada Helmer, and Melissa Crawford.
Prior to her mental health counseling pursuits, Melissa dutifully served our country for 22 years in the United States Navy,. During her service, she provided sound counsel and proven leadership through the mediums of respect, empathy, equity, understanding, and positive role modeling. What is more, Melissa willfully demonstrates that same level of care, commitment, and trustworthiness, with her clients.
