The Team

   Anna is currently working toward her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She is providing therapy sessions at KEBT under the supervision of Petergay Sterling,  PMHNP-BC, LMHC-QS, EMDR. Prior to starting her degree, Anna worked in the mental health field for two years as an intake coordinator and a group therapy facilitator. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults with anxiety and depressive disorders and is excited to expand her knowledge and experience at KEBT. As she builds her theoretical knowledge, she is currently interested in cognitive behavioral therapies, person-centered theories, and integrating creative techniques into therapy. Her approach to counseling is collaborative and holistic to respect her clients’ autonomy, uniqueness, and capacity for change. In her free time, Anna can often be found at the beach, a thrift shop, or curled up with a book.
