This is a service we offer to allow individuals who have been required by the Northeast Florida Safety Council (NEFSC) to complete an evaluation due to a DUI/DWI or a drug related charge. Once the evaluation is completed by KEBT Inc. we can then determine which level of education/counseling/psychotherapy will be required. This is determined on an individual basis. If you are in need of services, please understand that we can only schedule your initial session once we receive the referral directly from the NEFSC. To have NEFSC fax us your paperwork use (904) 209-6843. If you have any further questions please contact us at (904) 494-8243.
