We have 2 clinicians on site who are trained in couples therapy. We primarily utilize two methods of treatment for our couples: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Therapy. You can find details on each clinician by using the menu at the top of the page, listed under "staff".
This yoga is based in a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach offering a distinct and supportive environment to promote healing and holistic well-being. The facilitator of this class (Sierra Moye, RMHCI, RYT) has a background in clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, and trauma-informed modalities. Anyone seeking improved self-awareness-and-regulation, mental clarity, and mind-body connection can benefit from this class.

Classes are held every Tuesday: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
This class is led by Jada Helmer, LMHC, DBT-Linehan Board of Certification, Certified Clinician™. In a group setting, individuals will learn the 4 DBT Modules:
Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. To begin class, you must complete a "DBT Screening" prior to entry. Please click on the link below to schedule your "DBT Screening"
We have 2 Qualified Supervisors on staff who can provide Supervision for both graduate student interns who are still in their Master's Programs and Registered Interns. Interns are able to provide counseling and observe Supervisors conduct psychotherapy throughout their internships. Additionally, you can attend diagnoses training and licensure prep classes. If you are in need of Supervision, please contact us for a free consultation.
This is a group counseling based program for adults 18 yo and up, that was built upon a variety of empirically validated treatment methods, which have been found to be effective in treating substance abuse and accompanying mental health issues. Individual psychotherapy, family involvement, and discharge planning are also included in the program.

This is a service we offer to allow individuals who have been required by the Northeast Florida Safety Council (NEFSC) to complete an evaluation due to a DUI/DWI or a drug related charge. Once the evaluation is completed by KEBT Inc. we can then determine which level of education, counseling, or psychotherapy will be required. This is determined on an individual basis. If you are in need of services, please understand that we can only schedule your initial session once we receive the referral directly from the NEFSC.
